All submissions should address children’s play and focus on one or more of the following themes:

• Play and learning
• Play, planning and the built environment
• Playwork
• Play in the early years.

In addition, submissions are invited to consider either of two crosscutting themes:

1. Children’s play and the pandemic
2. Children’s play and inequality.
