Our 2019-22 Strategic Plan and 2020-21 Business Plan contained new objectives as a result of what you told us through last years' Stakeholder Feedback Survey. Your feedback does influence our activities - You said you would like more local networking - we have set up locality networks in every locality through Powys associated with the Community Connectors. You said that you would like the information we share to be better targeted and easier to read - we have set up a new style E-bulletin and separated out information for general circulation and specialist audiences.

We continue to monitor and evaluate our performance in response to the feedback we receive.   We would be very grateful if you could respond by 15/01/2021, so that we can feed your replies into our review of services and service delivery and business planning for the 2021-22 period.
