This quarter we are highlighting the issue of people "Living on Empty". With 1 in 10 people we support not having enough income to pay for essentials. In Dec 2022 we saw a 259% increase in demand for energy advice and we know that many people across Powys will start this winter behind in their energy bills and with mounting debts.
