It’s easy to forget that the Charity Commission and Companies House have very few requirements from your annual report - yet as busy organisations we often reproduce year on year the same structure.  We forget that it’s one of our key marketing tools for engaging potential donors’ supporters, volunteers and staff.

This session will refresh your thinking and have practical and inspirational tools and tips for you to share the story of your organisation and its successes and impact.

Outcomes for you and your organisation

  • Conceptualise a refreshed format for your organisation’s annual report
  • Work with the new Charity Commission requirements
  • Identify your headings and map the workflow for production
  • Write a compelling call to action and summary – knowing that 90% of your readers will look no further
  • Use of info graphics, pictures, and stories to illustrate your impact
  • Explore the possibility of a digital version of your reports
