THE FINE & COUNTRY FOUNDATION (SPRING 2024 GRANTS ROUND) – Grants of up to £3,000

Grants of up to £3,000 are available for UK and overseas charities and housing associations that are working to prevent homelessness and poverty in the UK and/or overseas.

Fine & Country is a global network of licensed real estate offices specialising in the marketing and sale of luxury residential property. The Fine & Country Foundation will start inviting applications for its Spring 2024 Grant Programme from Friday 1st March 2024. Grants are available to help combat homelessness and prevent poverty in the UK and overseas.

The Trust is more likely to make grants to organisations that have a Fine & Country office in their area. (There are offices in Powys - Welshpool, Hay-on-Wye, Brecon, also offices in Abergavenny, West Wales, Swansea, Ludlow which cover other areas of Powys.)

Please note that all applications must be signed by a Fine & Country representative. Charities must be nominated by a Fine & Country agent for a grant, who must complete Section 1 of the application from to confirm their nomination of the charity. Applications which have not been signed by a Fine & Country representative will not be accepted.

UK registered charities and international charities may apply for a grant of up to £3,000 with no matched funding requirement.

Grants are open to homeless charities, poverty prevention schemes and housing associations. Grants must be used for prevention of homelessness, care of the homeless or constructive projects to help get homeless people off of the streets.

The Foundation operates two grant rounds each year:

1. Spring round – application deadline Sunday 31st March 2024. The round opens at the start of March. Applications are assessed in April and funds are distributed in May, 
and
2. Autumn round – application deadline Thursday 31st October 2024. The round opens at the start of October.  Applications are assessed in November and funds are distributed in December.
