The Fat Beehive Foundation supports a very limited number of small UK charities annually by building websites or digital products that enable them to carry out their work in a more efficient and effective way, resulting in positive social benefit.
The Foundation’s funding priority for the current period is Human Rights.
A few highly specialized grants up to £2,500 are normally available to UK registered charities with an annual income of under £400,000 (reduced this year from £1 million previously). Successful applicants must be able to commence their project within 3 months of an award being made.
Further information, guidance, an eligibility checker and an online application form is available on the Foundation’s website.
The Foundation meets quarterly to review applications against its current funding priorities, which change regularly. The remaining application deadlines and priorities for 2023/24 are:
o Friday 30th June at 5pm: Human Rights.
o Friday 29th September at 5pm: Equality and Diversity.
o Friday 5th January 2024 at 5pm: Arts and Culture.
