PAVO regularly makes formal written responses to public consultations on behalf of Powys' Third Sector in order to make sure the views, concerns and suggestions of the sector are considered by decision makers locally and nationally.
The unique geography and rural nature of Powys often means that there are local Third Sector perspectives and experiences which are distinct and different from Third Sector organisations operating in more urban areas. Because of this, PAVO believes that it is important that the perspective of Powys' Third Sector is voiced so that the needs of our County and its Third Sector are not overlooked by decision makers.
