You will find out how the approach can be integrated into your client, patient and people management practices, and a variety of situations. These will be available to colleague across Health, Social Care and Third Sector Organizations'.
The session will give you exposure to what you as a Health and Social Care Professional should be seeing from leaders around you and your responsibilities being part of the collective leadership within your team and wider organisations' as a Compassionate Leader.
