Powys Association of Voluntary Organisations (PAVO) are looking to appoint a new Chief Executive.
The organisation has earned itself an unrivalled reputation for its ability to respond and deliver both for its member organisations but also key strategic partners, such as Powys County Council and Powys Teaching Health Board.
As the County Voluntary Council for Powys we have three strategic purposes:

- PAVO articulates a legitimate VOICE on behalf of Powys' Communities & Third Sector
- PAVO is a HUB of essential information
The Board of Trustees are seeking a dynamic, creative, committed and passionate third sector champion to lead this much valued and excellent organisation through its next phase of development.
If you have held a senior leadership role in a complex organisation and extensive experience or knowledge of the third / community sector, coupled with knowledge of the unique challenges of operating in a vast rural area and an awareness of key policy and legislative requirements of the Welsh Government and other key national organisations, then we are looking for you. We would like to hear your ideas and strategies to help sustain PAVO and its membership organisations through undoubted difficult times and beyond.
