They run a session every day on zoom for an hour on a different topic ranging from physical activity to mindfulness, nature identification and craft activities as well as children and family sessions on a Wednesday morning. THey have also set up a befriending service for anyone feeling isolated in these times.
You can access these services by filling in the registration form, you will then be sent a password for the zoom sessions. They also have a YouTube channel putting together videos to compliment the sessions.
