JobSense started supporting participants from March 2019 and has already seen a wide range of people with hearing and sight loss benefit from the support provided by our skilled and dedicated employment advisors.

All our advisers are trained in sensory loss awareness and many can use British Sign Language (BSL).

We can also help if your sensory loss is part of a broader disability.

 CRITERIA FOR JOB SENSE

• Be aged 25 and over

• Live in one of these counties: Flintshire, Wrexham, Powys,

• Be Deaf, or have a hearing loss and/or sight loss

• Have been out of work for over 12 months or face complex barriers to gaining employment due to your sensory loss
