What?
This half-day foundation level training is relevant to all staff who manage complaints, from the very informal at ward or departmental level, whether this be from patients or staff members, to formal complaints through the 'Putting Things Right' process.
Evaluations from previous sessions, almost without exception, said the course was 'good' or 'very good' and identified several key points that they could use in their everyday practice to improve communication and bring difficult discussions to a satisfactory conclusion.

When?
Each session runs promptly from 12.30 to 16.00 hrs. Booking is essential and latecomers will not be admitted.
