MWT brings you hands on craft sessions to help our birds survive the winter and Spring into life!
There will be hands on sessions to teach you how to build bird feeders, bug hotels and nesting materials to take home to make your garden a haven for wildlife.

Cultivate – A social enterprise building a stronger local food economy for Newtown
Learn about Wild Food and where to find it on your door step.
Share knowledge about edible plants and how to identify them.
Share with others YOUR favourite Wild Food and where it can be found.

A FREE family shared feast of freshly made soup, flatbreads, pizza and Welshcakes will be served from 5pm.

Oriel Davies Gallery – Newtown Art gallery
Pasta printing and Trash to Treasures ! Learn how to print with a pasta machine press with Elin Vaughan who will demonstrate printmaking, enabling participants to take home their own prints.
Fellow Artist Jane Mason will turn trash into treasures by creating ornaments for the home or garden using hidden parts of unwanted electrical goods.
