Free movement for wellbeing classes begin in Newtown library on March 10th.
Courses run for 6 weeks and take place on a Tuesday at 11.00
Classes are gentle and suitable for people of all abilities. These simple, natural movements for life can help reduce the health risks associated with high blood pressure and can help to promote better nbalance, co-ordination and a simple sense of calm.
