The event aims to provide a platform for Carers in Powys to be heard and to develop ways to best support Carers in Powys.

Who is invited: all Carers; partner organisations; community groups, Carer Champions; health and social care professionals and any supporters of the Carer’s movement.

These events will bring various groups together to achieve the following aims:

• Understand what is available for all Carers.
• Identify what is needed to improve the lives of Carers of all ages and what is working well
• Develop a plan going forward to put what matters most to Carers into action.
