Powys Teaching Health Board holds Staff Excellence Awards each year to recognize the outstanding achievements of its staff and to help share best practice with colleagues.
This includes our 'Powys Stars Award', which is nominated by members of the public.
This category allows the public to nominate people who, in your view, have gone the extra mile to deliver the best possible health and health care in Powys.

You can nominate either an individual or a team for an award. They should work within the NHS in Powys (member of staff or volunteer).
The closing date for nominations is 31 March 2020. The judges will decide the winners between April and May 2020. The awards ceremony will be held on 3 July 2020. If you nominate a finalist of Powys Stars you will also be invited to the ceremony.
