The scheme is open to every Hafren Dyfrdwy customer, regardless of age, employment status, or whether you receive benefits or not.

You don’t need to be behind on your bills or on benefits to apply and eligibility is based on an assessment of your income and expenditure.

The scheme runs for 12 months at a time and you will have to re-apply at the end of year year-long period.

When you apply you’ll need to provide details of your income details.

To do this, you will need to share information about:

·         your wage

·         your benefits

You will also need to provide information about your outgoings.

This can include:

·         bank and credit card statements

·         direct debit and standing order schedules

·         household bills
