Here at the Powys Community Health Council, it is our job to monitor and where needed, recommend improvements to health services received throughout Powys.
It has come to the time of year again where Powys Community Health Council (CHC) require your opinions and ideas on what you think we SHOULD be doing in order to best represent the residents of Powys with regards to their Health Service.
To aid this process, we would be grateful if you could provide the CHC with responses to the following questions by 4.00 pm on the 13th December 2019. Please feel free to forward this email on to any organisation or colleagues that you feel will benefit from taking part in this survey. The more responses the CHC receives will result in a more in depth Operational Plan moving forward into 2020 that will better benefit the population of Powys.
