This is your opportunity to feed in your own experiences, insights and information into Powys’ MSR and help ensure the Powys MSR captures the breadth of third sector and social value organisations providing care services and any challenges affecting their stability and sustainability.
The MSR’s main focus will be to assess the sufficiency and stability of provision of care and support for regulated provision; and any other matter relating to the provision of regulated services. However, although a lot of the work focuses on the regulated care and support services, including some contracted third sector services, the MSR also recognises the key role played by social value organisations and initiatives.
In particular, the MSR will explore:
- how these types of services meet individuals’ needs for care and/or support;
- impact upon the provision of regulated services;
- how the shape of the market for regulated services impacts upon other aspects of care and support provision.
