Could you support people to take advantage of the opportunities provided by expanding patient video consultations – especially those who are currently digitally at a disadvantage? If you are experienced in recruiting and supporting volunteers and have good project management and IT skills then this role could be for you.
This post is funded by Powys Teaching Health Board Charitable Funds Committee, and is based in Powys Association of Voluntary Organisations (PAVO) to enhance the experience of patients using the "Attend Anywhere" video consultations. The project will widen access to services by establishing Support Hubs in accessible locations, where technically skilled volunteers will be available virtually and face to face to support patients with their arranged video consultation appointment.
