The NSPCC Schools Service is responsible for delivering Speak Out Stay Safe as well as services to staff, parents, children and young people. The service aims to deliver advice and support and raise awareness of what keeps children safe through a programme of visits to schools by staff and volunteers. It also aims to maximise income for the NSPCC from supporters and potential supporters through development and delivery of fundraising strategies and management of long term supporter relationships.
You will be responsible for the coordination and operational delivery of the NSPCC’s offer to schools within your area. Working to targets, you will supervise, recruit, train and retain a team of local volunteers to deliver services to schools.
If you are someone with experience of delivering programmes in an educational or safeguarding setting, who is motivated by targets, with strong planning and organisational abilities, good communication and excellent people skills - we would love to hear from you.
This is a permanent post. You will be home based but required to travel throughout your area so it is essential that you have daily access to your own car.
