To work as part of a team to support the following aims:

a) Delivering the provision of a comprehensive and integrated service covering all major aspects of supporting Community buildings in Powysb) To provide development and capacity building support for:

• Thriving, sustainable and effective organisations
• Active and involved citizens

c) To provide opportunities for learning and skills development for volunteers, trustees and staff of Community Buildings in Powys to enable them to:

• Operate their organisations effectively
• Develop and deliver safe, sustainable and good quality services, activities and facilities
• Develop personal skills and knowledge

d) To support the aim of “Digital by Default” through integrated and effective use of technology
