Administration Assistant at Citizens Advice Powys
The Kickstart Scheme is a government funded programme that is open to people that are aged 16-24 that are currently claiming Universal Credit and are at risk of long-term unemployment. The scheme gives you access to a paid placement for 6 months, allowing you to boost your skills, get valuable experience, update your CV and build future job prospects and help to start your career.
At Citizens Advice Powys, we are delighted to have a DWP approved placement for one young employee that fits the criteria and we can't wait to get someone started!
We can offer a wealth of experience to share with you from telephone skills, administration knowledge, adviser experiences, office processes and procedures and lots more. We can target the placement to ensure you get the skills you need, experience that is relevant and an enhanced CV, for successful job hunting at the end of the placement. You may even want to stay with us as a volunteer!
You would be working from our central Newtown office for 25 hours per week with full support from us. The work is varied and interesting, with no 2 days ever the same!
If this could be you, or you know someone that fits the criteria, please do apply today.
