Course Content
Are you fascinated by what motivates people and want to know how to get the most from your team? This course explores the nuts and bolts of effective leadership and provides invaluable insights into the workings of high performing teams. Drawing on her considerable experience in leading & developing teams (sometimes in the most challenging of circumstances!) Our trainer Janet Radford applies a combination of different approaches to learning. On completing this course you will think differently about your role and have the tools you need to build on the strengths of your colleagues and become a team that really works.
