THE JOHN ARMITAGE CHARITABLE TRUST

Grants of between £30,000 and £40,000 each year for registered charities in England and Wales working in the areas of disadvantaged children and young people, parenting support, education, arts, culture and museums, medical care, prisoners, young offenders and religious organisations.

The overarching aim of the John Armitage Charitable Trust is to “help people to help themselves” through its 6 main focus areas of:

1. Disadvantaged children and youth support, including parenting support.
2. Education.
3. Medical care.
4. Arts and culture.
5. Prisoners and young offenders, 
and
6. Religious organisations.
