To apply, UK registered charities should apply in writing (by letter, not email) providing the following information:

o Their registered charity number.
o The aims and objectives of the charity, and any other relevant factors.
o A copy of their latest annual report and a set of the most recent audited accounts, and
o Details of the project being applied for, the total amount required, contributions received to date and proposed timing to completion.

Application deadlines are normally at the end of February each year for consideration each Spring, and the end of September annually for consideration each Autumn.
