Small and large capital and revenue grants between £5,000 and £50,000 are available to a wide range of UK charitable organisations, including Community Interest Companies (CICs), galleries, libraries and museums for activities that build expertise, capacity and connections within and beyond the UK arts sector.


Application deadline: Monday 5 July 2021 (further application deadlines are provided below).


Who can apply: UK registered charities, Community Interest Companies (CICs), galleries, libraries, museums, festivals, biennials and professional networks, historic houses and arts focused archives.

The National Art Collections Fund (or Art Fund)’s £2 million Reimagine Programme is designed to inspire creativity and also to increase stability in the arts sector. Funding is available for arts projects across the UK that:

o Enable experimentation rooted in the current context for organisations.
o Include meaningful engagement with diverse audiences, 
o Result in greater expertise within the arts sector.


The following funding is available:

1. Small grants from £5,000 to £15,000.
Large grants from £15,001 to £50,000.

Match funding is not an essential requirement for the Reimagine Programme. However, applicants should evidence what other funding has been sought and secured in support of their proposal.

To apply, applicants will be required to create a “My Art Fund” account at the Art Fund website.
Guidance notes and an online application process are then made available to help complete the application form.

Please note that projects should be concluded within 24 months of funding being approved.

The application deadlines for 2021 are:

o Monday 5 July.
o Monday 23 August, 
o Monday 4 October.
