Leasehold Manager
Location: Cardiff
Hours: 37 a week

Salary: Band I, £35,277-£42,217 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Leasehold Manager to lead in the provision of strategic leasehold management and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that a cohesive asset management plan is developed and delivered to the Association's leaseholders.

The ideal candidate will bring a leasehold expertise with significant asset management experience with ability to communicate effectively to leaseholders and colleagues alike.

The post holder will proactively question and develop existing processes and procedures, seeking out new, innovative ways of delivering services and work streams, while ensuring the provision of a quality and cost effective leasehold housing maintenance service on behalf of the Association.

The Leasehold Manager will lead a review of leases and where appropriate update lease conditions to ensure appropriate funds are available for the delivery of long-term maintenance projects.
