We hope all Young and Adult Carers in Powys safely received the latest issue of the Carers Chat Magazine in the post along with a personalised letter from your local Outreach Worker .

We wanted to pay special tribute to all of our unsung heroes keeping the most vulnerable in our communities well and safe every day!!

A massive thank you to the Carers Chat Team and partners who helped put this bumper edition together! And thank you to all Carers and team members who contributed heart-felt stories, poems, useful articles and helped arrange the big mail out.
