A message from CAB regarding their service provision during COVID 19

"We are concentrating all our resources on our Telephone Access Channel which we have expanding to cover Monday to Friday.  

Please note – all published Open door, Outreach and Drop-in services are suspended until further notice.

We will continue to see some clients face to face but only in extremis and following a robust health related triage of their circumstances and that of their families.

As I am sure you will understand these unprecendented changes have not been taken lightly and are driven not only by the need to minimise the risk of transmission between staff, volunteers and clients but also due to the fact that we have lost staff and volunteers to the illness and the demands of self-isolation. In the short term we only expect this to become more pronounced as many of our volunteers are 70+ in age.

We would therefore ask everyone to refer people to ring the following number if they need advice about a problem"
