This half-day workshop will provide you with all you need to keep your financial recording and systems up to scratch and up to date, so that you can make the decisions you need to when you need to.

Keeping on top of the day-to-day flow of expenditure and (if you’re lucky) income can feel overwhelming, but there are well established tools to make it easy.

PAVO will take you through the steps of setting up systems for cash flow, petty cash and management accounts, to help you keep your eye on the ball and make timely financial decisions.

The day will be hosted by Angela Owen, PAVO's Head of Internal Services, who has safely steered PAVO's finances for many years and brings a friendly approach to what can be a daunting topic.

This is the 2nd part of a two-part course, you may attend both workshops or just one, there is no need to book both if you don’t need to!

By the end of the session you will be able to understand, plan and develop a cash flow forecast; be confident to run a petty cash system; understand what management accounts are and how to present them.
