The Inman normally provides small project grants, generally between £2,000 and £5,000 to UK registered charities for a wide range of charitable causes, with a particular interest in supporting projects in the following areas:
o Care of the elderly.
o Care of the physically & mentally disabled.
o General welfare.
o Hospices.
o Medical research.
o The Armed Forces, and
o The deaf and blind.

The Charity operates 2 funding rounds each year, with the following deadlines for 2022:
1. Monday 28 February for the Spring 2022 funding round, and
2. Wednesday 31 August for the Autumn 2022 funding round.
Requests for support should be made by letter confirming the registered Charity Number, the aims and objectives of the Charity, and any other relevant factors.
In order for the appeal to be considered, applicants must provide a copy of their latest annual report and a set of the most recent audited accounts.
The Charity will support specific projects. In this case, applicants should provide details of the total amount required, contributions received to date and proposed timing to completion.
The Charity does not do not acknowledge applications and will only contact charities that are awarded grants.
