THE ANDOR CHARITABLE TRUST

Grants of between £1,000 and £5,000 are available to registered charities based and working in the UK, particularly those that are involved in providing medical and ancillary services, education, helping the aged and disabled, relieving poverty and developing the arts.

The overarching objectives of the Andor Charitable Trust are to maintain, support or contribute to registered charities across the United Kingdom, including those engaged in:

o Developing the Arts.
o Education.
o Helping the aged and disabled.
o Medical and ancillary services, 
and
o The relief of poverty.

Grant awards tend to be for between £1,000 and £5,000 with no matched funding requirement. The average grant award is around £1,750. The Trust's funding pattern suggests that charities operating at a national level are favoured, although some local causes are also supported.
