WAAT4: Roles for Volunteers
Wednesday 17 th June 2020
Jane & Alan Roberts to meet with BRFC to take handover of the field 09.00hrs
Marquee delivered and erected 09.00 hrs
(Jane & PC 907 to be present on field and to bring equipment down to rugby field from Brecon Police Station)
Thursday 18 th June 2020
4 Volunteers to assist with setting up the field or as many as we can get
09.00 to 18.00 hrs (depending on how many volunteers we have may shorten timetaken)
Friday 19th 2020
4 Volunteers to finish of field if not complete on Thursday and cover tables with banquet roll and put together Team packs
BMR – Put out signage along routes
3 drivers for checkpoints to pick up vehicle
1 driver for safety vehicle – will need PSV licence for mini bus? Pick up bus
09.00 to 14.00 hrs
Saturday 20 th June 2020
3 drivers for checkpoints (possibly the 3 police officers on check point)
1 driver for safety vehicle
12 volunteers for parking duties - 3 sets of 2 from 06.00 – 10.00 hrs
3 sets of 2 from 10.00 – 16.00 hrs
(preferably there would be 1 Special Constable Accompanied by a Ley Person)
3 Police Officers for Checkpoints
3 Ley people for checkpoints - ( already have one volunteer for this , maybe 2 [possibly 1 person working in BBNP expressed interest last year])
2 To keep field clean and tidy and to be runners if we need to leave field to get things
12 – for sports ( spotters for 1 st , 2 nd & 3 rd and to help setting up the races) [possibly Police Cadets / Army Cadets / Prince’s Trust]
3 For games on field – Connect 4, Bean Bag game, and Tin Can Ally
2 Collection Buckets
2 Sale of Raffle Tickets (Colleen Nash + 1 other)
Sunday 21 st June 2020
6 to 8 to help pack up and clean field and changing rooms and return to Station
Drivers to return vehicles to Likes, Three Cocks and bus to be returned to Williams
Monday 22 nd June 2020
Marquee being taken down and generators collected (Jane will be on field until completed)
