At PAVO we aim to continually improve the ways in which we provide services to the third sector in Powys. We are very grateful to our stakeholders for taking the time to complete our annual survey, which helps us to better our understanding of and response to the needs of the third sector and to develop our Strategic and Business Plans.
Our 2022-27 Strategic Plan and 2022-23 Business Plan contained new objectives as a result of what you told us through previous Stakeholder Feedback Surveys. Your feedback does influence our activities - You said you were concerned that the voice of children and young people's organisations needed strengthening - we established the Startwell Officer post to fill this gap. You said you needed the dedicated support for community buildings to continue - we have worked to source funding to continue the project for a further year.
We continue to monitor and evaluate our performance in response to the feedback we receive.
