Clinical Experience Questionnaire – Eye Care Support Service
RNIB would like to hear your views on your local Eye Care Liaison Officer (ECLO) service.
We will use the information gathered to ensure we continue to deliver the best quality service, and to help ensure the service can be sustained to support patients now and in future. The survey should take around 5 minutes to complete. All your responses are confidential and will be reported anonymously.
The Clinical Experience survey (CEQ) will run across all sites in Wales from Monday 14 July 2025 for a period of 6 weeks to Monday 25 August 2025.
