Investing in Volunteers Quality Standard - Health Check approach
This tool provides a useful assessment of your practice in volunteer management. An advisor from PAVO will assist a group with interpreting the Quality Standard, identifying areas for development and practical action required, and where you can get help to address these.
The Health Check is valuable in terms of testing your readiness for assessment without committing to the whole process. Either way you are demonstrating commitment to your volunteers by ensuring the best possible management practices for your organisation.
There is a fee of £250 for a Health Check and further costs for IiV assessment. Interested organisations need to register for the process with IiV in Wales at WCVA.
