Sometimes a voluntary group or organisation can suffer an internal dispute or disagreement which is damaging to the group, its beneficiaries and its activities.
PAVO recognises that when problems like this arise it can sometimes be very difficult for groups to resolve them without some independent external support. Our trustee mediation and dispute resolution service exists to help voluntary groups overcome problems of this kind.
All enquiries to PAVO about this service are treated in confidence. If you contact PAVO for assistance we will discuss with you the specific needs of your group and options for how PAVO maybe able to assist and help resolve the issue.
To access the trustee mediation and dispute resolution service please contact the PAVO helpdesk on 0845 009 3288 or email us here.
