Providing an insight into how organisations can diversity their income base to achieve financial sustainability. Topics covered include trading, loan finance, procurement and public service delivery, asset based development, as well as giving and public fundraising.
Who is the training for: the course will benefit those in the early stages of putting into place procedures for working towards achieving financial sustainability for their organisation.

The course covers a range of tips, tools and resources that will help improve an organisations fundraising ability. The content includes; how to write more successful bids, making the right first impressions, effective ways to demonstrate need, improving 'giving, quick wins in fundraising and lots more
