Voluntary organisations and community groups are invited to become members of Powys Association of Voluntary Organisations, which provides support to voluntary and community groups in the county.

Be consulted and have your responses heard. We can pass on your views to key partners in Powys, including the County Council and the Teaching Local Health Board, and nationally through Wales Council for Voluntary Action. 

Being informed of all the training on offer from local and national providers.
Up to date information is found on the PAVO website and in the free monthly member's briefing. Training information is also sent by email to members and networks. 

From April 2010 new and existing members are asked to complete a short questionnaire on the safeguarding of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
