WCVA Job Vacancy

Wales Council for Voluntary Action (WCVA) is the voice of the voluntary sector in Wales. It represents and campaigns for voluntary organisations, volunteers and communities in Wales.

WCVA provides a range of services for over 1,000 members, designed to keep them up to date with new developments and events, and armed with the best advice and guidance available. In addition, as a membership organisation, WCVA is able to negotiate special deals with external suppliers of services which we know our members will value.

WCVA has 3 offices in Wales:

Registered Office - Baltic House, Mount Stuart Square, Cardiff CF10 5FH

Rhyl Office - Morfa Hall, Bath Street, Rhyl, LL18 3EB

Aberystwyth Office - 2 Science Park, Cefnllan, Aberystwyth, SY23 3AH

Performance Officer - Maternity Cover (12 months commencing January 2018)

£27,668 increasing to £29,323 per annum following successful completion of a six- month probationary period. The post will attract a maximum contribution of 9% of annual salary to WCVA's approved pension scheme or membership to the local government pension scheme.

Base: Rhyl

The position will work to pro-actively work as part of a team to undertake duties which contribute to the delivery of the performance and support function within the Active Inclusion Funds (AIF). Working closely with projects to help ensure the delivery of agreed service performance levels and targets, giving support and advice and guidance in accordance with the criteria agreed with Welsh European Funding Office and WCVA Board and Senior Management Team.

Secondments will be considered for this post.
