Independent Living Advisor Job - People Plus
The purpose of the ILS Advisor role is to provide high quality information, advice and support to both referring Health & Social Care professionals and vulnerable eligible customers who are considering/chosen to participate in Self Directed Support Scheme(s), Independent Living Schemes, Personal Health Budgets and self-funded/private clients, over a designated area. It is the ILA role to support the customer to retain their independence, choice and control having chosen to receive and manage (with support) their devolved care budget to deliver their agreed/assessed outcomes.
Whilst supporting a wide range of disabilities and communication needs, the ILA supports the customer to achieve a smooth end-to-end journey in the delivery of their employer responsibilities and compliance in meeting the stipulations of their care funding.
