Engage To Change Job Coach - Newtown/Oswestry Area

Full Time, fixed term posts until May 2021: Salary range: £14,500 to £17,500

Do you want to have a role in a project that brings together employers and young people with a learning disability and/or Autism, engaging access to employment?

Funded by the Big Lottery Fund, Agoriad Cyf is part of a consortium of organisations to deliver the Engage to Change project. Consortium partners include Learning Disability Wales, ELITE Supported Employment Agency Ltd, All Wales People First and Cardiff University. We are seeking job coaches to work with us across north and mid Wales, who will help make this project a success for our participants and develop a legacy model.

They will consider requests for, part time or Job Share for these positions

the successful candidate(s) will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check and any appointment will be subject to completion of a probation period and performance review.
